I started using this sleeping program to go to sleep, and at first, I thought it was really weird, but now I love it. It truly helps me go to sleep. I put it on my laptop, and sometimes use headphones to get the full effect, but other times, just leave the machine on my bedstand, and it still does the job.
I also keep my room as dark as possible, they say darkness inspires better sleep.
I have found the biggest reason for my insomnia is trying to quiet down my thoughts, so I try to meditate, but I’m not very good at it, so yeah, sleep software, try it!

why yes at a matter of fact i am currently dealing with a tad bit of insomnia problems. i finally went to my doc. being that i know what it is that is causing my sleep trouble, the doc was willing to give me a prescrip of sleeping pills. i’ve been under a lot of difficult things the past couple months and decided to get help with the sleep thing, as for myself from past experience, going too long without good sleep leads to other unpleasant health issues: depression, headaches, over emotional, flu. guess i would have to suggest that you see your doctor if you feel you can’t deal with getting over this on your own, and it is affecting your over all well being.
