Binaural Beats is the best thing for sleep, I listen to binaural beats before bed, and I fall asleep VERY fast, wake up 4 hours earlier than I use to, and in the morning I feel great, as soon as I wake up, I don’t feel groggy, I feel as if I have already waken up, and bypassed the groggy part.
also I use to have nightmares quite often, and now I NEVER have nightmares, it’s been over a year or so since I have had one.
