My work hours change occasionally, and sometimes I have to go to bed by day. Add to that the fact that my bedroom has a skylight and a south-facing window, and getting quality sleep was a challenge. This mask has changed all that.
The first time I used this sleep mask, I slept soundly and woke up naturally. The bedroom was quite bright from the skylight, but it was total blackout for me with this mask on. No more waking up from the light in the room- I’m waking up because I’ve gotten the amount of sleep I need.

It took a couple weeks for me to get used to having the mask on while I slept, but now I seriously doubt I could sleep through the night without it. Very light on the face, rarely ever comes off while sleeping, blocks out all the annoying morning sunlight. I love this item and recommend it to all.
